Once the consultation period closes on the 14 April, all the feedback submitted will be assessed, and any necessary changes to the document will be made.

The aspiration is for the Council to approve this document by the Autumn 2016. It can then be used as a material consideration in determining planning applications in the area.

Any personal information you supply on the form is confidential. The council will only publish aggregate or summary results from the consultation, which will not identify individuals. Information will be stored securely in a database and only accessed by members of the council's Consultation Team and the internal team who are responsible for this consultation. It will be stored for two years after the consultation closes and will then be deleted.
